Additional Fees

Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:

• Matting:
  Severely matted coats require extra time, care, and specialized tools to safely remove tangles and prevent injury to the dog. A matting fee will be added based on the severity and extent of the matting. Matted coats take longer than a tangle free coat so this covers extra time spent. 

• Aggressive Behaviour:
  If your dog is known to be reactive or show aggression, please inform us upon booking. 

Fleas or Ticks:

• If fleas or ticks are discovered during the grooming process, a flea bath and sanitation fee will be applied to protect our facility and other pets. 

​​Customer Agreement

By leaving your pet in our care, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Pay any additional fees incurred due to matting, aggression, fleas, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Understand that the final grooming price may exceed the quoted estimate once the groomer has assessed your pet in person.

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet’s condition and behaviour to help us prepare and quote appropriately.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of service, upon pick-up of your pet.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled
  appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the grooming service cost. This fee helps us cover the time that was reserved for your pet.

• No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full grooming service cost. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we appreciate your understanding as we manage our schedule.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible so that the appointment can be offered to another client.
